This is a delightful spot to sit and look out over Spa Creek and the Annapolis harbor. There is no boat launch here (the park is too high above the water), but there is one of the Sacred Places benches with a notebook where visitors record their thoughts - definitely worth a read and a few words of your own. Also, you'll find a couple of interpretive panels on the area's history - this is a stop on the Eastport Walking Tour. This park is just down the street from the Boatyard Bar Grill and Lewnes Steakhouse and across a lot from Carrols' Creek Cafe. There's also a great example of an innovative system for capturing stormwater from 4th Street and filtering it through plants and soil to clean it before it enters the Bay; the water also irrigates the tree and large planter in the park.
