A community of 24 properties on the Severn River off Sherwood Forest Rd. Large parcels at least 1 acre, some up to 54 acres. Originally a 292 Acre property, an important fish spawning and waterfowl nesting area. Currently there are 8 homes built, and these residents enjoy the protected open space and woodlands.
